In Ancient Greece, when Socrates was asked
to summarise all philosophical commandments,
he replied: 'Know yourself'. Self-knowledge
matters so much because an accurate sense of
who we are helps us to make reliable decisions
– particularly around love and work.
These tools help us to understand the hard-to-access
bits of our minds and to know our deep
personalities as well as we can.
